We have MAILCHIMP, an electronic announcement system that sends important notices to our community. These notices are also posted on the Facebook Announcement Page (5) Tapadera Strata Announcement Page | Facebook

You can be an owner or renter, but as long as you reside here.

Typically, MailChimp notices are sent a few times a month, with important issues for the community.

Even though we have your email address on file, we are not permitted to include you on the MAILCHIMP mailing list unless you agree to subscribe.

If you live at LMS 648 - Tapadera Estates and are a homeowner, we encourage you to join the mailing list. Also, if you have recently changed your email address, you can update it here as well.
As a result of a court decision, any owners wishing to receive correspondence, minutes, and notices via email may do so. By allowing such information to be sent via email, the strata corporation will save on both printing and mailing costs.
