IMPORTANT Entry Gate New Enterphone

NEW ENTERPHONE AT FRONT GATE

As you may be aware, our +25-year-old enterphone has been having issues over the last while.  The decision has been made to replace the existing enter phone with a new wireless system.

The replacement is on order and expected to be installed sometime within the next month.

STEP ONE:  INFORMATION

In order to make the transition as smooth as possible, we ask that you verify the following information.  

1. What unit are you? Unit___

2. Do you want to be in the enterphone?   YES/NO

3. If you do want to be in the enterphone, please confirm the phone number to be used.  778-___-____

4. Do you want to add an additional phone number? If so what.  (limit 2 phone numbers per lot) NO, YES 604-___-____

STEP 2 - PROGRAMMING

All owners will need to come into the strata office, during office hours, and bring ALL fobs (small grey disc), ALL remotes (old style); and ALL Combo remote/fobs for the new configuration.   

THE STRATA OFFICE HAS MADE EXTRA OPEN HOURS FOR THIS EVENT. 

MARCH 6 - MARCH 10, 2026, THE OFFICE WILL BE OPEN FROM 9:30 AM TO 11:30 AM. (and may be extended further, pending demand)

This may be a slow process per person, so your patience will be appreciated
